Where Can I Buy A Dora Bag

Recipe: Pork tenderloin with mustard sauce

Here is a recipe for filet mignon that I tried. I found the recipe on this site: http://www.ateliercuisine.ch/

Ingredients * 1 pork tenderloin (800 g)
* 1 tablespoon butter Olive oil

* * 1 dl white wine
* 2 tablespoons mustard
* ½ dl cream 35% fat

procedure

1. Salt and pepper the steak. Fry in a skillet in butter-oil.

2. Once it is well colored, place in a baking dish and bake 15 minutes in preheated oven at 180 ° C (according to my experience through this time of cooking, the meat becomes quite dew, for over cooked meat, you can leave the net in the oven for 20 minutes instead of 15)

3. Remove fillet from oven and wrap it in aluminum foil. Let stand 10 minutes.

4. Collect the juices and let reduce to half the pan with white wine. Add the mustard and cream. Bring to boil and check the seasoning with salt and pepper.

5. Cut the fillet into slices and serve with a ribbon of sauce.

6. You can accompanger meat with pasta or a potato gratin.

Tips

The rest of the meat is important is can lose less juice when cut.
