Oatmeal , apples and cranberries

A good recipe for biscuits taste of autumn that I found in my new cookbook Local Cuisine four seasons Anne Samson I highly recommend this book it is with great recipes using local produce.

They are very sweet, slightly spicy

which results in a good nourishing meal
Oatmeal , apples and cranberries

250 ml 1 cup softened butter 1 cup 250 ml
maple sugar or brown sugar
2 large eggs 1 tablespoon
teaspoon vanilla
1 1 / 2 cup 375 ml all-purpose flour
1 tsp teaspoon baking soda (sodium bicarbonate)
1 tsp teaspoon cinnamon
1 / 2 c. teaspoon salt
3 cups 750 ml quick-cooking oats or traditional (me quick cooking)
2 apples, peeled and grated (I mean size)
¾ cup 175 ml nuggets Chocolate
NOTE: (I replaced the chocolate with ½ cup of 125 ml
walnuts and ½ cup dried cranberries 125 mL

Steps Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 C)
Cream maple sugar or brown sugar with butter.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
Mix
Add apples, oatmeal and chocolate chips and stir with a spoon. (Or nuts and cranberries)
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
and drop dough by large spoonfuls
Bake about 10 minutes (me 15 minutes) or until tops of cookies are lightly browned

Bussiness Plan On Poultry Farming

Pork BBQ on the East

When a recipe walks and a hit in several blogs, it is not mistaken it is sure what will be delicious. I've picked up at Viviane whom I thank.
We have loved this thread on the BBQ, it is very tasty and super tender.
I'll do it again for sure.
I had good fresh garden vegetables to accompany it. Purple carrots, squash, potatoes and red onions
Pork to Oriental barbecued
1 large pork tenderloin, cut in half (lengthwise on me)
Marinade:
1 / 3 cup hoisin sauce (75ml)
1 / 3 cup ketchup (75ml)
2 c.soupe soy sauce (30ml)
1 / 4 cup liquid honey (60ml)
2 large cloves garlic, crushed 2
c.soupe grated fresh ginger (30ml) ( I 1 tablespoon 15 ml)
c.The a chili sauce (5ml)
c.The a five-spice powder (5ml)
Mix all marinade ingredients in a glass dish.
Make diagonal incisions on the pork, put the pork in the marinade, coat, cover with plastic wrap and marinate 45 minutes at room temperature 1 hour.
Cook on the bbq 30 minutes, basting with marinade a few times.
Serve sliced (my net on the length)

Raspberry muffins, orange and chocolate chips

In these muffins I love the mix of raspberry, chocolate
and in addition a small hint of orange.
They are delicious and very sweet, I highly recommend them ..
Raspberry muffins, orange and chocolate chips
1-2/3 cups all-purpose flour
3 / 4 cup quick cooking oatmeal
2 / 3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons teaspoon baking powder 1 tsp
Tea
soda 1 / 4 c. teaspoon cinnamon 1 egg lightly beaten

3 / 4 cup milk 1 to 2%
1 / 3 cup canola oil 2 tablespoons
tablespoons orange juice 1 tbsp
teaspoon vanilla extract
3 / 4 cup fresh raspberries or thawed frozen non
1 / 2 cup miniature chocolate chips-planting sweet
products:
In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Mix egg, milk, oil, orange juice and vanilla and mix gently with dry ingredients just to moisten.
Add raspberries and chocolate chips miniatures.
Fill greased muffin tins or paper until three quarters.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 ° C) 20a During 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean in center of muffins.
Cool 5 minutes before transferring to wire rack. Yield 12 muffins
