Salad with Asian notes (with chicken and soy inches)

Here is the recipe for a salad that I prepared the other day an evening with friends. it's a salad full of freshness. Crunchy nut goes very well with soy inches.



for 3-4 persons Ingredients: 250 gr
chicken breast cooked and cut into small pieces 2 hard boiled eggs

200 grams of soy inches

7-8 3-4 onions chopped walnuts 1 small coarsely


pepper for the dressing: 1 lemon

2dl
white wine vinegar 3 dl olive oil

for decorations:
6 Iceberg lettuce leaves (or any salad with large leaves)
a few inches onion

preparation:

1.Press lemon juice to extract
2. Mix lemon juice with vinegar and oil, season with salt and pepper
3. Mix all ingredients for salad
4. Mix dressing and salad in a container
5. before serving, place the lettuce leaves on large platter and serve the salad mix below
6. garnish with onions inches

Tip: Mix ingredients just before serving to keep the look crisp salad
