A nice little dessert prepared quickly that I do not often enough. I found the colored tapioca Hawaii market, I do not see often.

Ingredients
1 can coconut milk 398 ml
same amount of water (keep the box to measure)
120 g tapioca balls color
100 g sugar few drops vanilla extract
toasted coconut for decoration (Optional)
Preparation
Put the coconut milk, water, tapioca balls heated in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly.
When the mixture thickens add sugar and cook 3 minutes.
Check food logs (with the heart melting slightly firmer).
Cool a few minutes then add vanilla.
Spoon into individual bowls.
Let cool completely.
Add the toasted coconut to decorate the top (Optional)
