Wow! I expected it to taste and this result! simple fast and good. I saw this recipe on the website Franden''''recettesquebecoises.com and I always wanted to do it but one day I told myself it's pretty it looks too good and I was right !
• Pasta (spaghetti) for 4 servings
• 1 to 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
• 1 large onion, diced
• 1 can cream of tomato (10 oz)
• 250 g cheese Velveta Kraft (the box) not the cheez wiz
• 1 cup tomato juice (or V-8)
• salt and pepper Preparation
1. Cook pasta (Aldente)
2. During cooking pasta: Sauté onion (transparent) in the butter a few minutes.
3. Add the cubed cheese, cream of tomato and tomato juice, salt and pepper. Stir until cheese is completely melted over a slow fire.
4. Pour cooked pasta into a colander and put the pasta in the pot, reheat and serve.
For cheese cut into 1-inch pieces. Only the onion is big, the better spaghetti.
If you need to do a little lunch in advance, it will be necessary to add a little tomato juice.
** We must make the recipe just before serving (30 minutes) to get the right amount of liquid.
If you prepare the recipe too far in advance between the liquid in the pulp too quickly.
