Pasta salad with tomatoes, parsley and fragrant almond


Here is a recipe that I usually do and that is super easy to do. It can be eaten cold, warm or hot depending on your mood.

For 2-3 people:

250 g of pasta (Penne Rigate in preference)
2 firm tomatoes, diced
25 g parsley, chopped 40
gd'amandes tapered
4 tablespoons of oil Olive

Salt and pepper Preparation:
1. Boil salted water to cook pasta. Prepare your pasta according to the cooking time indicated on the packaging. Drain them!
2. Mix pasta with tomatoes, olive oil, half the almonds and parsley. Salt and pepper.
3. Just before serving add the remaining almonds and garnish with some parsley leaves.
