Here is a very good dessert déccadent for Valentine's Day. It is super good and it's true that it is soft. Brownies Nutella Ricardo
Preparation: 20 minutes Cooking
: 35 to 40 minutes
Cooling: 2 hours
Yield: 16 pieces
- 1 / 2 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1 / 4 c. teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup hazelnut spread (like Nutella)
- 1 / 2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp teaspoon unsalted butter melted, tempered
1. Place rack in center of oven. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line the bottom of a 20 cm square pan (8 inch) strip of parchment paper in the protruding on each side. Butter the other two sides.
2. In a bowl, combine flour and salt. Book.
3. In another bowl, combine eggs, hazelnut spread, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer until mixture is read and homogeneous, about 2 minutes. At low speed, add dry ingredients alternately with melted butter.
4. Spread in pan. Bake 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out with a few lumps and not completely clean.
5. Cool in pan, about 2 hours. Unmold and cut into squares. Serve warm or cold.
