caramel corn muffins and fresh blueberries oats Kat


I loved these muffins is great with the trim on top. They are also good and healthy then I would recommend this good recipe Kat.

For 12 muffins:

1 cup whole wheat flour 2 tablespoons
tsp baking powder 1 tsp
teaspoon cinnamon
3 / 4 cup oatmeal
1 / 4 cup Splenda (I used sugar)
1 / 4 cup brown sugar 1 egg

1 cup
milk 1 / 4 cup melted butter 1 cup
fresh blueberries

Trim:

1 / 2 brown sugar
1 / 2 oatmeal



Preheat oven to 375F.

Mix all dry ingredients together.

In another bowl, combine egg, milk and butter. Add dry ingredients. Do not stir too much, you just as the mixture is homogeneous. Stir blueberries and go easy if you do not want your muffins are completely blue.

Pour into greased pans and add topping over top of muffins.

Bake about 20 minutes.
